Summer Wishlist

Today I was talking to my mother on the phone and she mentioned that the local Sephora was hiring. That’s a little bit like telling an alcoholic to get a job at a bar, not to mention that I have a pretty good job already. But then we were talking about Sephora and I had to see what was new,so I ended up on their site. I’ve been avoiding purchasing anything until I’ve gotten settled, but that time is coming soon! It’s time to get my retail on.

Here are a few things that I’ve had my eye on lately.

Boscia Luminizing Black Mask
Peel off masks are a love-it-or-hate-it thing, and I’m definitely in the love-it category. I’ve heard great things about Boscia, but haven’t tried anything from their line yet. This mask in particular has been recommended to me, so I think I’ll give it a try.

Clinique Cheek Pop
These are adorable. Look at the flower design! They’re so cute. I think that Peach Pop is my favorite, but all four shades are gorgeous. I've swatched it and it isn't as orange in person. Love it.

Benefit Benebalm
Benetint is my beuty secret weapon. If I’m not wearing any other makeup that day, it can put a glow in your cheeks and bring color to your lips. The only problem with it is that if you notice your rosy flush is starting to wear off, it’s nearlyimossible to touch up on the go. This seems like a great solution to that problem. Benetint, as a balm. I hope that it’s great.

Tarte The Sculptor Contouring Face Slenderizer
I love a good contour, but I use exclusively powder products. Aving dry skin, I’ve been told that I should try branching out into cream products. I love Tarte, and when I saw this, I knew I wanted to make it mine.

Bite Luminous Crème Lipstick
I have heard nothing but good things about Bite. I’ve gotten much more into wearing lipstick rather than lipgloss this year, and I think it’s time to see what the hype behind this brand is all about. I like the color shown (Mulberry), but they have such a huge range I think just picking one is tricky.

And….I feel like I’m like ten years too late (exaggeration), but I think I want a Naked palette. I felt really strongly that they were overhyped and that there was no reason to buy one. I still feel that they’re overhyped. But I thought about it, and I think I would like one. I’m not sure which one I want yet. Maybe you guys can help with that. Is 1, 2, or 3 the best? Be honest.
