My Must-Have Gym Essentials

It’s been about 16 months since I first ever even joined a gym, but then I fell off the wagon pretty hard in June. I got back on about three months ago and couldn’t be happier. The past three months have honestly felt so amazing. I’m way far away from where I want to be in terms of fitness, but I’m making progress and trying hard not to get discouraged by the hard days. I currently go somewhere between 5 and 7 times a week, depending on how busy my schedule is that week, and it’s a hard commitment. Luckily, having great gear helps me along!


Since starting my “fitness journey” it’s been a long path of trial and error to find the things that I love and that I can count on to work for me consistently. I’m feeling great about what comes with me on the daily to the gym. I’m always curious about what other people are using, so here’s what I’m carry around.
