Best Beauty Gifts of 2017 | Blogmas #11
Thanks for stopping by for another gift guide! One of my favorite gifts to give and to receive are the many many beauty gift sets that appear seemingly out of nowhere during the run up to the holidays.
Here are my top picks, at a variety of price points.
Colourpop She Pressed Powder Shadow Palette - $16
This is one of the gifts that I got for myself...I'm a sucker for rosy tones and metallics and this has a great selection of both. It's also a fantastic price point. It's a limited edition, so you'll want to snap it up fast.
Fenty Beauty Match Stix Trio - $54
Fenty is the most talked-about brand out there right now. Dip your toe into the Fenty pool with a three pack of Match Stix that magnetically snap together. This set is also skin tone-inclusive with four different shades from light to deep.
Sephora Favorites Glow For It - $40
The Sephora Favorites Kits are the most ideal gift for someone who is looking for a favorite. The glow is still in, despite my, and many otheer people's, predictions that it would flame out. This kit has eight different glow-inducing products from 8 different brands. It also includes two of y personal favorites, the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick and the Cover FX Custom Cover Drops.
Bite Beauty Perfect Bite Amuse Bouche Lipstick Set - $25
Bite Beauty lipsticks are my absolute favorite. Worth wandering over the the Bite Beauty Lip Lab for sure. The Amuse Bouche line is the best of the best, with four wonderfully-wearable colors. These are made entirely out of edible ingrediants too, so you can feel good about using them.
Cargo Swimmables Eye Pencil Kit - $25
I have huge issues with my eyeliner staying in place. I also like to use eyeliner colors, and those are notoriously bad at sliding around. This set comes with four shades (black, brown, green, and bronze) that do. not. budge. You'll need to use makeup remover every time, and that's a good thing.
Stila Star-Studded Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick Set - $45
$45 for eight of the world's best liquid lipsticks? These are hands-down the best, and I mean that very seriously. They really do stay on forever. Through eating, drinking, anything! I've even fell asleep with it on and it's been fine. This set has a good arrange of wearable and flattering colors, and a formula to die for.
Colourpop Polite AF Super Shock Shadow Collection - $30
Colourpop Super Shock Shadows are really great when you're looking to make a big statement. Thy're intensely pigmented and long-wearing. They have so many color options that I think that it cna be a little overwhelming to choose at times. That's why I like to pick up a set when they come around. The Polite AF set has six pretty, blush tones in the shades Sequin, Stereo, Birthday Girl, Birthday Cake, Drift, and Deep Dive. They're also cruelty free and vegan.
Sephora Collection Brush Set - $75
Brushes are the gift that keeps on giving. I like this set because it has 12 brushes that are great for just starting out a brush collection, or for adding on. Sephora Collection make some of my favorite and most durable brushes, and the carrying case just sweetens the deal.
Happy gifting!
