Little Home Upgrades from Amazon

See this content in the original post

Every once in a while, I hit the jackpot on Amazon. I find something that is inexpensive, but makes a big enough difference that I am happy that we bought them. These are things I bought, that I really stand by. No links today are affiliate links. I’m not saying that sponsored posts are bad, but there is a different mindset when you’re throwing down your own real money. Just my thoughts!

Cool Mist Humidifier

My dog loves this. I wish that was a joke. She says hello to it when we come home. She sits down in front of it and watches the mist pour out. It’s funny and adorable. Montana is super dry, so we really need a humidifier in the winter. Ours died, so we got this one, and it’s a million times better. It has a huge reservoir and works fantastically well.

Funnels

I picked these up on a whim after a friend told me that they used their funnels a surprisingly large amount. Well, they weren’t wrong. I picked up two collapsible funnels, and use them all the time. For the amount of cash these were, I have definitely gotten my money’s worth.

Heating Pad

See: winter. This heating pad works sooo well. It has three heat settings and an automatic shutoff after two hours. The high setting is insanely hot, but it heats up my sheets before bed so I’m nice and cozy. It’s starting to get chilly, and I know that this is going to be valuable all winter long!

Kitchen Power Scraping Whisk

As I mentioned in my fall baking post, this has been a surprisingly great purchase. Now, I’m not dirtying up a whisk and a scraper. Just the whisk attachment. This one was a fraction of the price of a Kitchenaid-branded one, and works great. Just check that the size of the whisk fits the size of your machine.

Glass Meal Prep Containers

I spoke about these in this post. I truly love them. They clean really well, and have a silverware compartment. They’re been fantastic for meal planning and are way more high quality than lots of other glass containers that I’ve used. I’ve had them about a year, and they’ve held up wonderfully.
