The Last Neon Nails of Summer ft. ImPress

The time has come. It is getting colder, and I’m packing away all of my shorts and neon tops until the rays of summer return in 2016.

As I was picking through my stash, I found these ImPress stick-on nails in bright vibrant neon orange. I knew this was my last shot to wear them this year except for maybe the occasional party.

ImPress nails are, in my opinion, the total top shelf when it comes to drugstore fake nails. They are also idiot proof. Peel off the back, stick them on, and you’re good for a week or two. It’s that easy. They’re also as close to waterproof as I think you can get. I do the dishes with mine on all the time and there are no issues whatsoever.

In terms of cons, my nails are quite flat, and these have a great deal of curve, so I find that they don’t contact my nail as well as I would like. It’s still not a disaster or anything, but I think that they would be better for someone whose nail is naturally more convex than mine.

That’s my little way of extending the summer another week, even though it’s now fall.
