Mani Monday

It's been a while since I've done my nails.  A long while. Today, I got out the nail polish and the sponge and got excited to do my nails.

So, they're not that exciting. But I did a paint splatter look using two colors of blue nail polish. Both are from Revlon, the one I'm holding is the Gel Envy Colorstay Nail Varnish in Wild Card , and the light blue background is the standard nail varnish in shade 410 Dreamer. 

I used the corner of a kitchen sponge that I had cut off to db into the darker color and sponge it over to make the base look splattered and messy. I got a ton of compliments on this, and I'm really digging it. 

As always, cover it up with a fast drying topcoat. My perpetual favorite is the Seche Vite top coat.
